What fried but not fried means is that I used fried toppings and that keeps the chicken super moist and delicious as if I fried it. Now that I answered that question, let’s get on to cookin’ it!
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 4 Chicken legs
- Fried onions and fried sweet red peppers
- Trader Joe’s Chili Lime spice (sponsored already? no, dear, not yet, but I should be since hullo I buy out their spices)
- 2 limes or a few tablespoons of lime juice
- Mexican chili spice for that kick, only if you want to be kicked though
Simple. Coat the chicken legs in lime juice and massage the chili lime spice and mexican chili into the chicken.
Top with the fried toppings generously and bake on 300 for about an hour. This chicken is so different and delectable!! Can’t wait for more people to try it!
