Sweet and Sour Salmon

Easy recipe and super good!

Sweet and Sour Sauce:

  • 2 Tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 Tablespoon corn starch 
  • 1 Teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • Sesame seeds (I also used everything but the bagel spice from Trader Joe’s, but it’s optional)

Coat salmon in sweet and sour sauce and add sesame seeds on top. Bake on 350 for about 30 minutes uncovered. If you coat chunks of salmon it would be perfect on an asian style salad!
